Front Gate Tickets and Source Spring finalize management agreement

Source Spring and Front Gate Tickets reached an agreement today that Mellie Price, co-founder of Front Gate Tickets with Jeff Waughtal of Stubb's, Charles Attal of C3 Presents, and Jesse Jack also of Source Spring, will continue providing business and technology management services to Front Gate Tickets through her new company, Source Spring. Ms. Price will continue to serve on Front Gate Solutions Board of Directors and will remain actively involved in the management and strategic direction of the business.
